I cannot say enough about Mark Engel and Pro Gems Jewelers, Ltd. I started out looking at retail operations and just did not feel as through there was a good value or selection. I found Mark through referral and gave him a budget I was comfortable dealing with. Naturally, I was concerned given the level of investment and my lack of knowledge about diamonds.
